Bianca Koch

Bianca Koch joined the Plastmed team in April 2025 as head of the outpatient clinic. With her solid training as a medical assistant and many years of experience in surgical organization, orthopedics, and trauma surgery, she brings in-depth expertise and management experience to the outpatient sector. Her professional career took her from the central operating room of the Knappschaftsklinikum Kamen and the central emergency room of St. Josef's Hospital in Dortmund to the Orthopedic and Trauma Surgery Clinic in Neuss/Duesseldorf, where she has held a management position since 2022. At Plastmed, she is responsible for the structured organization of the outpatient clinic and stands for efficient processes, team leadership, and patient-oriented care.

Stefanie Breitfuß

Stefanie Breitfuß joined the Plastmed team in 2022 and, as an experienced nurse, manages the ward. With her comprehensive expertise in plastic surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedics, vascular surgery, and ENT, she ensures smooth processes and quality-oriented patient care. After completing her training as a nurse in 2009, she gained many years of experience in trauma surgery, orthopedics, and internal medicine. She also took on management responsibilities at the ANSC private clinic before bringing her leadership skills to Plastmed. With her commitment, empathy, and organizational skills, she stands for high-quality care and a strong team.

Alexander Altenkamp

Alexander Altenkamp joined the Plastmed team in October 2021 and is the physician assistant in charge of the operating room. With a Bachelor of Science in Medical Assistance – Surgery and many years of experience in phlebology, orthopedics, and surgical assistance, he brings comprehensive expertise in surgical procedures and patient care to the team. He previously worked at Bergman Clinics Hilden, where he deepened his expertise in surgical instrumentation, surgical assistance, and outpatient care. As a certified phlebology assistant, he supports Plastmed with high precision and commitment in both everyday surgical procedures and patient-oriented diagnostics.
