How does the surgery work?
Before the surgery, we will discuss your wishes and precisely determine the desired result. The correction is performed under local anesthesia (twilight sleep upon request). We use self-dissolving sutures, make micro-fine incisions, and finally administer a local anesthetic for long-lasting pain relief. After a short rest period, you ar ready to go home on the same day.
Will I be unable to work after the surgery?
Light activities, especially working from home, are possible after a few days. Physical rest promotes wound healing.
Will I retain my sensitivity?
Yes. Thanks to gentle techniques and precise incisions, sensation remains unchanged. The clitoris is not touched.
What costs can I expect?

What do I need to bear in mind after the surgery?
No sexual intercourse, cycling, horse riding, or jogging for approx. 6 weeks. Slight swelling and bruising usually subside within a few weeks. Cooling, rest, and painkillers alleviate discomfort.

As with any surgery, bleeding, infection, or wound healing disorders are possible, but rare. The scar will be virtually invisible later on.

What is a clitoral hood lift?
Excess skin above or to the side of the clitoris is carefully removed. The procedure falls within the field of aesthetic intimate surgery and is often combined with other corrections such as labia reduction or mons pubis lift.
Who is this surgery suitable for?
For women who suffer from functional limitations, irritation, or dissatisfaction with the appearance of the clitoral hood – regardless of age.
How is the procedure performed?
After local anesthesia (optional twilight sleep), the excess skin is precisely removed and sutured with fine, self-dissolving threads. The clitoris itself is not touched.

How is vulvar mound correction performed?
The procedure is performed on an outpatient basis and usually under local anesthesia (twilight sleep on request). We use gentle vibration-assisted liposuction. If there is excess skin, a mini abdominoplasty can also be performed. After a short rest period, you can leave the clinic accompanied by someone else.
What should I bear in mind after the surgery?
You will wear special compression pants for about 6 weeks to minimize swelling. You should refrain from sports and sexual activity for 3 – 4 weeks.
Will there be visible scars?
The incisions are only a few millimeters long and are placed so that they are later covered by underwear or swimwear.
What are the risks?
As with any procedure, bruising, swelling, or, in rare cases, temporary numbness may occur. However, thanks to gentle techniques, complications are very rare.
What do I need to bear in mind after the surgery?
Light activities are possible again after 2–3 days. A short recovery period promotes wound healing.
